Almost Permissions

Enabling Advanced Feature Permissions

General Permissions

Project Permissions

  • MaxDiff: When the MaxDiff solution has been purchased by an organisation, enabling this permission and Product Feel will allow a user to create a MaxDiff. This permission does not touch access to existing MaxDiffs the user may own.
  • Create Brand Tracker Projects: This permission controls whether you tin create the Brand Tracker XM Solution. This permission will have no outcome if theBrand Experience permission under General Projection Permissions is disabled.
  • Customise Email Headers: When enabled for a brand administrator, this allows them to set a Custom Email Header for the entire organisation. When enabled for non-brand administrators or division administrators, this permission does nothing.

  • Manage Production Testing Participant Portal: This permission is for a characteristic that is in preview.
  • Modify SES Resources: This permission is for a characteristic in development.
  • Allowed IP Addresses: Specifies the IP addresses a user must come from in order to log in to their account. Select Override to specify a different limit by typing in a comma separated listing of IP addresses and select Unset Restriction to revert to the default restriction.

Library Permissions

  • Use Panel Samples: Users can use samples in the Contacts page.   • Manage Panel Samples: User can regenerate and delete previously created samples. When disabled, the options Regenerate Sample and Delete will exist unavailable in the sample options menu.
  • Manage Color Groups: User can edit color groups in the legacy Printed Reports. When disabled, the option to edit colour groups volition be disabled.

  • Autocomplete with Google Maps: This permission affects a feature currently in preview. For brands without access to the Autocomplete question, this feature will have no effect.

  • Autocomplete with Supplemental Data: This permission affects a feature currently in preview. For brands without access to the Autocomplete question, this feature will have no effect.

Survey Permissions

  • Translate Surveys: User tin can access the Translations feature. When disabled, translations will no longer be an choice in the Survey options menu. Still, the user will withal exist able to translate messages.

Theme Permissions

General Group Permissions

These are all permissions that are unique to Group settings.

  • Total Allowed Group Members: A permission that applies to Group Types only. Information technology allows you lot to specify the full number of users that can be a function of a group. Select Override to specify a different limit and select Unset Brake to revert to the default brake.

  • Require Smart Routing: This permission is for Qualtrics utilize only and should never be disabled.

Project Permissions

  • Make Experience Survey Projection: Enabling this permission allows you to create blank survey projects within the category of Brand Experience.
